Creating Your Freshservice Account

Navigate to https://assetliving.freshservice.com/
If you have an Asset Living e-mail, press "Login" in the top, right corner, and choose "Click here to sign in with your Asset Living e-mail."
If you are NOT using an Asset Living e-mail address, click "Sign up" instead:
Create your profile with your current e-mail address and other information. You will then receive an e-mail to set up your password and finish creating your account.
Once logged in, use the button to "Submit a request" or use this link: https://assetliving.freshservice.com/support/tickets/new - you must be signed in to submit a request.
Choose the appropriate fields to fill out the form and submit your request.
